Casa Evangelina is a south facing 2 bedroom bungalow and enjoys beautiful views over the lake, gardens and down to the lagoon pool.

Fully equipped, Casa Evangelina sleeps 5 people and is available for holiday lets during the Spring, Summer and Autumn seasons.

The lounge and both bedrooms benefit from hot and cold airconditioning and the lounge has a wood burning stove. There is an ADSL telephone line connected to the property for anyone wishing to bring a laptop and connect to the internet. 

The accommodation comprises of a shady patio area at the front entrance to the property, entry through an iron security gate and door into an entrance hall which leads to a fully equipped separate Kitchen on the left and the Lounge/Dining Area to the front.

The Lounge and Dining room are fully equipped with a flat screen TV with a great selection of UK TV channels and DVD player for watching DVDs and a CD/radio/cassette player. From the Lounge there is access to the Bedrooms and Bathroom.

Bedroom One has a double bed, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom Two has two twin beds with chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes, or can be fitted with bunk beds and a single bed. The bathroom has a full bath with Shower, Basin, WC and Bidet.

Double doors from the lounge open up onto a crescent shaped terrace which catches the sun all day. At the foot of a sweeping stone staircase is entry to the beautiful gardens of Los Lagos via your own private little garden.
