Once your payment has been processed and confirmed for this property, 2 weeks prior to arrival, we will contact you with arrival instructions, directions to the villa, and other useful information including key hand over, local services and breakages deposit requirements. Full Holiday Booking Terms
In order to confirm your booking you are required to pay a deposit of 20.00%. Bookings must be settled in full at least 60 days prior to the arrival date. If we have not received a deposit or full payment 7 days after the booking is created your booking will be cancelled.
Property servicing includes: Property preparation - placing of linen and towels; making beds; arrival meet and greet; key handover; directions to the property, and on departure; property check, key retrieval, property cleaning, removal of linen and laundering. (we expect that the property is left in a similar condition as found, additional charges can be levied for remedial work).
